We offer a 7-day Exchange and Replacement policy under the following conditions:

Wrong Product Received
In cases of defected or damaged products, or if the wrong product is received, customers may also choose to exchange the product with a different one. Any price difference between the products must be adjusted by the seller or buyer, depending on the cost difference.
Note:
If you opt to exchange or replace a product for reasons other than damage or defect (e.g., personal preference), a charge of Rs. 1,500 will apply. This amount will be deducted from the total you have paid.
